Returns & Exchanges

We know that not every purchase will work and returns or exchanges are sometimes needed.  For this, we offer no-hassle, easy returns or exchanges.  Please read our policies below:

Return/Exchange Policy:
- All return/exchanges must be received within 30 days of the original shipment date.
- All items must be returned to us in their original, unworn, unwashed, & smoke-free condition.
- Sale items are all final sale & cannot be returned or exchanged.
- All items must be returned with their original tags and packaging attached. If the items are returned in compliance with our return/exchange policy, we will offer a full refund. Items returned without original tags or not in compliance with our return/exchange policy will be refused or charged a 20-50% restock fee.
- Original shipping fees are not-refundable.
- Return shipping fees are complimentary.
- Return limits may be placed on frequent customer returns.
- Refund requests made to expired credit cards will be issued in the form of a store credit.

When You Are Ready to Return or Exchange:

1. Please review our Return/Exchange Policy above to make sure you have met all the return requirements. Items returned that do not meet all the return requirements will not be accepted & additional postage will have to be paid to have the item returned to you.

2. Contact us at hello@shophillstreet.com with the following information:

- Original Order Number

- Item(s) You Wish To Return/Exchange

- Reason for Return


3. We will respond to you with a return shipping label and return/exchange form.

4. Place items in their original plastic bag as received with all tags attached. Pack neatly and Include the completed return form.

Once we receive your package, your return will be processed in 2-5 business days. The original form of payment will be credited. You will receive an email when your return is processed. Please note that it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card/bank statement.

Exchanges:
Please place a new order online for the items you wish to exchange. This will ensure your items do not sell out before we receive your returned item. Your Standard Rate shipping for the new order will be refunded when we process your return. Sale item exchanges are based on availability.

Once your new order is placed, please complete the return process above for the item you are returning, making sure to mark exchange on the return form with the new order number. Only one return shipping credit per transaction is applicable.

Price Adjustments:

Hill Street will gladly honor a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise within seven days of the purchase date. Items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments.


Damaged or Defective Items:

If an item is received damaged or defective, customer service needs to be notified within 7 days for a refund or replacement based on availability. Notification past the 7 day return window will not be eligible.
