Where do you ship?
Hill Street ships to the United States and its territories. We apologize but we do not currently offer International shipping.  All orders ship from our warehouse in Long Island City, New York.

How will my order be shipped? 
Our preferred shipping provider is UPS. Standard delivery time is 2-5 business days within the continental United States. Please allow an estimated 13 business days for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico deliveries. Orders are not shipped until credit card authorization has been verified and cleared.

What are my shipping fees?
We are proud to provide you with a flat rate cost of $5 for UPS ground shipping.  Orders over $100 qualify for free UPS ground shipping.  UPS 2 Day Air is $25.00.  UPS Next Day Air is $35.00.

When will my order ship?
Once your order is confirmed, your items will ship within 1-2 business days. We will notify you of any further delay.

How will I know the status of my order?
Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped you will receive a delivery confirmation email with tracking information.
